All Upvc fascias and gutters are Guaranteed for
10years
We are able to provide drawings and submit them on
your behalf to the Local
Authority for approval.
All our staircases are hand made by Local joiners, in
a range of styles and finishes to suit your pocket.
We are able to plan out and provide a range of
kitchens and bathrooms to suit your budget and style,
all wired and plumbed by our Part P electrician and
CORGI registered plumbers.
All ceramic tiling and decorating is undertaken by
full time proffesional tilers and decorators.
Hand made built in wardrobes and cupboards where
required can be built on site to your specifications.
Floor Laminates of all qualities up to solid oak, can
be supplied and installed by us.
Security lighting and CCTV can be supplied and fitted
to your requirements, with free advice on positioning of
lighting and infra red, or day cameras, for best
security setup.
Our terms are usually a deposit to secure a start
date with you followed by weekly stage payments leaving
an outstanding balance to be paid on satisfactory
completion of the works and your receipt of the
completion certificate from the Local Authority.
